研究兴趣
精子发生包括有丝分裂、减数分裂和精子成熟过程。在减数分裂前期I,端粒参与调控同源染色体配对和联会等过程,我们利用结构生物学方法,辅助以突变体小鼠模型系统地研究端粒相关蛋白质复合物调控同源染色体配对和联会的结构基础和分子机制。精子成熟过程产生特定形态与结构的成熟精子以保障精子和卵子的有效识别和融合。临床上很多男性不育病例表现为精子结构的畸形。针对部分遗传因素导致的病例,我们将构建类似于临床病例的突变小鼠模型,研究相关基因突变的致病机理,为畸形精子症患者的临床诊疗提供理论指导。
