The Delegation of the University of Manchester visited Shanghai Institute of Precision Medicine

On July 3, the delegation of Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health, the University of Manchester (UoM) visited Shanghai Institute of Precision Medicine (SHIPM). The UoM delegation, led by Prof. Nigel Hooper, vice dean for Research & Innovation, was comprised with Prof. Keith Brennan, Associate Dean for Internationalisation, Prof. Daniela Montaldi, Head of Division of Neuroscience and Experimental Psychology and Prof. Stuart Mcrae Allan, Research Domain Director, Neuroscience & Mental Health. Prof. Ming Lei, the Executive Director and faculty of SHIPM met with the UoM delegation. Prof Ming Lei gave an introduction to SHIPM, followed by a discussion among the scientists from both sides on their individual research interests. After the meeting, the UoM delegation took a tour of the facilities and platforms of SHIPM guided by Prof. Ming Lei.
