研究兴趣
真核生物的基因组在细胞核内折叠为一系列复杂但有序的三维结构,三维基因组结构对基因组的转录、复制及修复等功能起着重要的调控作用。本课题组主要通过遗传学、显微成像以及包括高通量染色体构象捕获(Hi-C)在内的多种基因组学方法,开展以下几个方向的研究:
1.解析三维基因组结构形成与调控的分子机制
2.探索衰老、生殖与发育等过程中的基因调控机制
3.开发研究三维基因组结构与动态的新方法
